  • What is some of the commercial context along St. Clair Ave?
  • The neighborhood may be missing an opportunity to re-use/rehab this structure to put back into use in the future.
  • Is there a middle ground where the structures can be made safe with proper mothball techniques?

 

 

 

Councilman Hairston is available for comment and state support for the proposed demolition.  Future development is possible due to the interest of an adjacent business/property owner.
